What Shakespeare is saying in the first two lines is who would believe me if I were to describe you in words to the future peoples. You are too beautiful to put in words...what I love is

What he is saying here is that he will be scorned like old men who exaggerate when telling a story: "when I was young we walked to school in 4 feet of snow uphill both ways..", that sort of thing.

"But were some child of yours alive that time,
You should live twice -- in it and in my rime."

now this means that hopfully if this person had a kid that her beauty would live on, in her child and in this verse that he writes.
