I always thought that it was rather peculiar that the word "Tao" in Chinese (for those who write and speak it) also means "word" or "teaching." When Christian priests do their sermons, we call that "jiang tao" meaning "speaking WORDS." I brought this up because the Bible refers to Jesus as the Word that was with God, and was God. It's just that Tao has been translated so much to its other meaning: Way, that this often gets overlooked. But then Jesus said that He was the Way, the Truth and the Life, too...
coincidence...?
