I have a paper due and I'm trying to figure out what John Stuart Mills (in regards to On Liberty) opinion would be in regards to Justice O'Connor's decision on the case Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992)The question is if he would concur or dissent with her opinion. I think he would concur on her opinion of liberty, but I cannot decide if he would concur in regards to the right to abortion. I am writing to this site as this abortion case fell under constitutional law. The cl is political theory. Any help appreciated Thanks.
