: I am trying to track down the words to a Wendy Cope poem that starts something a long the lines of:
: Some men like more than others...
: Any ideas what the poem is or where i can find all the words on the web?

: : : My favourite poet in the world ever, is Wendy Cope.
: : : Her poetry is incredably funny, always intelligent and
: : : often extremely touching. Does anyone else out there
: : : share a similar obsession, as my Christmas was almost
: : : entirely spent reading "Making Cocoa fro Kingsley Amis"
: : : and it would be reuring to know that i'm not alone!
: : : Bye bye, Anna.
: : hey, i am doing a project on Wendy Cope and i am not having a ton of luck finding info on her on the web or criticsm on her, any suggestions?

I too am trying to track down a poem which I think is by Wndy Cope.
It is a pastiche of the 'Janet and John' books
which used to be used to teach children to read.
You know the sort of language -
'Look John Look.
Here is a dog.
Look at the dog John.
See the dog run.'
If anyone knows where I can find the poem I'd be very grateful.
