The example in the other followup is excellent.
On the first part of the line; in general it is an expression of Nietzsches oppinion on dogmatism. If you are fighting dogmatism, you shouldn't be a dogmatist yourself. The nihilist and/or ateist are - as my old professor of philosophy said - 'disappointed absolutists'. They are still as dogmatic as the moralist and/or religious believer.
On the second part of the line; I'm still trying to figure that out myself...
