Nietzsche has a pragmatic conception of the concept of truth. Pragmatism is (roughly) the stance which claims that if a statement is of practical use/importance then it is knowledge.
Nietzsches pragmatism is closely connected to his idea of the Übermensch (Superman). The Übermensch has a strong will, which is capable of promoting and creating life. This ideal of promotion and creation might well be said to be a pragmatic ideal of truth.
This pragmatism leads to perspectivism; if it is what is usefull, which is the truth, then the truth varies from person to person. If I want to obtain world dominance, then a certain course of action is necessary. If I want to work at the local K-market, then a whole other is necessary.
Nietzsches arguments regarding these matters aren't in the same form as those presented here. This is my formalization of Nzs arguments, which I developed in my BA on him. The formalisation of Nz is a controversial topic, as he seems to write quite unsystematical. However, in my oppinion there is an underlying formalised system...
