The campground we joined in 1998, in order to use Coast to Coast required a contract which read: "Company may from time to time access members. However, any asessment cannot exceed 15% of the members annual management fee". We have been asessed for this 15% every year since 1999 and now the owner wants 15% a month, stateing that time to time can mean any period he decides, even week to week or day to day. I would greatly appreciate anyone with knowledge of this, sharing this with me. Please pardon my spelling of asessment. The site found the correct spelling offensive. Thank you. Alice Thramann
