Hi! (first time aboard)
Twice recently I've come across a quote from Bros. Karamazov, and can't find it in the book: "Beauty is not only a terrible thing, it is also a mysterious thing. There God and the Devil strive for mastery, and the battleground is the heart of men." In N. Berdyaev's book, "Dostoevsky" the quote appears again (p. 59), slightly different, attributed to Mitya Karamazov. Can anyone direct me to the place? Thanks, Steve
