What is the ociation between Gustav Mahler and Gustav Klimt?
I have a CD with a painting by Klimt on the cover and I did some research and found out that Mahler is actually depicted in the painting. Surprised, I tried to find out more, but couldn't.
I know that Klimt and Mahler were friends, but what is the meaning of the painting (uming there is only one) and why did Klimt paint it? Does anyone know?
