I'm not sure if this is a rumour but I heard that there was this General, who we will call Washington Irvine, who put in an order to his local take away for some rice noodles with pork. When his order was delivered they'd sent him Rice with Prawn Satay. He was incensed and having a load of troops he decided to invade Vietnam, this was because the private who'd picked up his order had a chinese girlfriend and didn't want her home nation to get in trouble, so he blamed the vietnamese. So General Washington Irvine mobilised all the troops he could muster and sent them to their death, along with a big party bag of drugs each. They had quite a party, but got beat big time by the wily tunnel dwellers in the jungle. It was a big two fingers up to the USA as vietnam were scared that if the US won, then they'd end up eating burgers and shakes for all eternity and didn't want ot be f*t c unts like most yanks. Paul Hardcastle later made a dance tune about it called 19, which related to the number of the dish that general irvine first ordered.
