Hi, It took me thirty years to start and ten years to publish The Abel Mutiny! I was on the DD950 when it was attacked by five PT boats in the Tonkin Gulf and started the VN War.
I later learned that that's just what the CIA intended to do with their Oplan34A, provoke full scale war to obtain the oil, tin rubber and other natural resources of Viet Nam.
Oh sure. Then why are they our "most favored" trading nation today while Cuba is still embargoed. It is not about communism, it's about resources. Look at Iraq.
