: I am in search of anyone working with my Grandfather, Fred G. Hamel, aboard the USS Bunker Hill (CV-17) between 12/1942 and 08/1945. He served as a MM3/C and was in the commissioning crew. Any info you have is appreciated.
: Thank you!
: Rick
I would also like any information on the crew roster from 42-45. My grandfather would hardley speak about the war and any one who worked with him abord the U.S.S bunkerhill that is willing to speak of the "old days" would be great.
