When dealing with Agency,Ihave found you must use the "forum" words. Bringing up the Constitution in court sent me to jail on contempt charges for 16 days. Two Jurisdictions do not belong in court. When you apply to the Agency Court you have given them jurisdiction. The only laws they will listen to is there own.
Studingh the link between the "Common Law and Equity", will help the eager patriot find the "Truth of the matter".
Do not read over these to fast. A bundle of knowledge has been handed to "those with eyes to see and ears to hear".
Uniform Commercial Code states an "explicit" reservation must be made.UCC 1-207 Effect of reservation of rights. The making of a valid reservation of rights preserveswhatever rights the person then possesses and prevents the loss of such right by application of concepts of waiver or estoppel...
