Perhaps I should clarify, if the spirit of the law overrules the letter of the law in the courtroom, then no law will be binding. The constitution is a law, therefore if laws lose their force, the consitiution would do so as well. Therefore IN THE SITUATION BEING DISCUSSED no law would restrain judicial corruption. Bloody well read the post that stated this thread please before replying please.
Also what does 'shut stop' mean?
