Its called "boiler plating". Re every presumption at the administrative level. Pack the record with affidavits on citizenship status and do not waive any right. You will give the trier of fact fits by using the uniform commercial codes. The constitution is brought into play without naming it. To many jurisdictions will spoil the record.
