Hi people. I have a problem on hand and was hoping someone could help me out in this.
A ship manufactured and registered in Hong Kong is travelling from India to London. On the way near some country 'x', a dispute arises between an Indian and a Britisher travelling on board. In the ensuing scuffle, the Indian shoots the Britisher. What will be the jurisdiction of this case?
Pls reply ASAP
Any help would be appreciated
Pushkar
