My in-laws paid 39.000.00 cash for a 2001 mobile home. When this home was delivered we found out it was a 2000 demo. mobile. we went to the dealer and they said they would fix the trailer to my mother in laws spec. but now they are reneging and not doing anything. We have a signed contract that states they were suppose to get a 2001 mobile home. What are the federal laws concerning this. Joe Johnson
