I need a cut and dried answer . . . when a seller sells a manufactured home to a buyer, is the seller responsible for fraud committed by the seller? The seller falsified my down payment by almost two thousand dollars to get me in the house, me unknowing. Am I part of the fraud because I signed the contract? Please help!
