: : I have been on probation for nearly two years now. : I know they have been treating me unfairly in that I have not broken one of the many rules on my case. : My question is as follows: : I went in to see my P.O. and he stated that my 15 yr old daughters boyfriends,(17), parents went in to his office and demanded that their son not be allowed anywhere near me or at my house. : My P.O. in turn wrote up a whole list of new rules : for me. I signed after protest to my "Civil Rights" in the ability to choose my own friends. : This boy has never been in any trouble and I before hitting my abusive x husband one time never had a record either...... : I was charged with disorderly conduct, domestic related. : They told me "YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS" : I said,"am i not a citizen anymore?" : they said "YOU GAVE UP ALL YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS WHEN : YOU SIGNED THE PROBATION PAPERS" : Help,,,,,could use some good advice...and direction for criminal records access. : I am in Wisconsin, Price County. : please reply, : laurie walker
