There are some qualities to be found in the good old
King James Version that the contemporary culture has not
the ears to hear nor the heart to recieve. I do believe
that if we can learn foriegn languages such as Spanish, F
French, or Chinese, then the feeble arguments that we just
cannot make sense of the KJV hold little weight.
It is a text deliberately put to a poetic and prosaic tenor
Nowadays in Austere and functional America, the value of art
and Beauty is perhaps at a low ebb.
In brief, stick by the good old KJV. It is missing a few books
thanks to the Puritan influence, but overall I think it is still
the best one available for fidelity to the Greek Textus Receptus.
