Sarah, what texts have you looked in so far? I have a very good textbook on Civil War History the title of which escapes me at the moment. What you may want to do is look for a journal article and then look at the end at the works they cite as resources. However, I am curious to know why you are looking at state's right as a thesis when the economic concerns were just as important if not more important.
