In the poor countries like India religions are a very big things. Among the rich countries only the USA religions are as bing thing as Bangladesh. President Bush used Crusade when he wanted to fight against Ladin & Ladin used Jihad it means about the same as Crusade.
In the poor countries many people wanted to die for the religion. They used to have not enough knowledge about religions but they only beleave in the Mullahs/Maulana/Pir or the Priest. The Mullah use the people for their own benifit. If the countries have a little bit demakrati then the Mullahs or Priests can get power in the election.
But religion is the bakgraund of all the conflict in the world. Look at Ireland, Palastain, Algeria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, USA, India and many other countries the people have a great problems because of religions.
My point is that. We can beleave in God, Allah, Jahve, Isswar, The Almighty without beleave in any religions or belong to any religions and without beleave in any Mullah or Priest.
