I have a question regarding a myth but I can't remember who the characters involved were. I know some girl had her husband leave and then the husband died overseas. And then Aphrodite, or Hermes, or one of the nicer gods came to her in a dream to let her know that he was dead and stop her pain. I also think I recall that she'd stare at the ocean every day waiting for him to come back...but I am not sure.
Does anyone know what myth I am referring to? Can someone give me link to the myth so I can re-read it?
