I understand that the framers of the Declaration of Independence were unhappy with what they saw as Englands unjust rule, but concept of government specifically, according to the Declaration, did they believe gave them the right to alter or abolish Englands rule over them? Another thing I am uncertain of is how many injustices did the framers of the Declaration cite 27 or 29?
