Do you know if Article 1, Section 10, Paragraph 1 is still valid in all 50 states? Has it ever been repealled, ammended, revoked, or negated, in any way. If it is still valid, than paper money is ot lawful. What is the procedure for ammending, repealling, revoking, or negating a constitutional article? Please hurry with the answer, so I may begin the revolution. Sincerely, Scott
