: I知 looking for innovation, artistic flair, enthusiasm and the ability to sketch out ideas quickly from my rambling thoughts. I壇 obviously prefer someone in my geographical area (I知 in Luton so will be mainly looking at Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and the London area) as it cuts down on communication/brainstorming difficulties but would be willing to consider particularly good artists from anywhere in the country.
