I started reading a Wylie book, The Magic Animal, last night, and was searching on his name on the Internet to see what was thought of the book. I'd imagine it wasn't very popular because it is more directly condemning of the reader than most such philosophical criticisms of the human race. Perhaps not in reality but in its language.
