George W Bush barely squeeked by this Presidential election. I am fearful of the future. It seems that conservative values are maintaining their hold on the electorate but that may be just smoke and mirrors. GWB had to move to the left to win their hearts and he only got 50% of those. Time seems to be on the side of those who need the Feds to take care of them. They are increasing their numbers and are being encouraged to do so. Is this the last hurrah for conservatism?
