Wordsworth here is recognising the 'end of the light' in the memory of his childhood life which he found so precious.'Moving about in worlds not realized'-suggests its a vision which we see from time to time but never get to stare or disect because it is beyond nature. From here to the end of the poem the narrator is in a trance like mood, very philosophical,as he mentions 'our noisy years' and the hustle and bustle of daily life followed directly by 'the eternal silence' inspired by truth and hope.
Wordsworth delves even deeper into a Platonic line of thought with the idea that our souls 'have sight of that immortal sea.' In a sense he is saying that we can glimpse and only glimpse the place from whence we came- he is not suggesting this is heaven it is merely a state of oneness with nature and a momment of euaidomonia.
Note the vast sea imagery and the sense of visual and emotional rest in paradise.
