I have managed to acquire an original copy of this book, can any one tell me how many were in circulation at the first publication?
The copy I have was printed in 1642 so is actually one of the unauthorised copies. It says that is was printed for Andrew Crooke?
Any information you can give me on this book will be gratefully recieved.
