The swallow is a silly, but kind hearted bird.'He fell in love with a Reed, but he also wanted to help The Happy Prince.
The introduction has lots of adjectives which describe the characters fully for example:He was gilded all over with leaves of fine gold, for eyes he had two bright sapphires, and a large red ruby glowed on his sword - hilt.
The councilers are sicophant and are very counterficial towards the Mayor, for example:dear me!
