(Dan) Gleason said Thursday (02/16/01) that he didn't have an LLM, a master's degree in law. But Jim Eisenbrandt, an attorney for the defense, read from a sworn deposition Gleason provided to the attorney general's office on Aug. 19, 1999, at which time Gleason told investigators he did have such a degree.
