Dear All,
I live in Europe and would like to open an US Yahoo!store. Therefore I
need to incorporate my business (LLC) and also obtain a TAX ID number.
I think the best place for a foreigner to incorporate is in Delaware.
I checked several incorporation sites on the net and most probably one
of them will be fine. But before doing so I have some questions about
taxation. I live in Europe and I'm not an US resident. Furthermore I
will not be physically located in the US. The longer I surf all the
Tax websites the more I get confused about taxation. I'm also not used
to the rules and regulations of US tax authorities.
My question is simple but I really could not find answers to my
specific problem.
Which taxes do I have to pay as a foreigner in the US when I run an
Internet business and my customers will probably be "spread" all over
the country (USA and Canada).
Pls bear in mind that I will most probably not earn millions and
millions of USD ;-).
As I want to run the business in a legal manner these questions are
very important to me.
I appreciate every help.
Many greetings from Europe.
Stan
