Well, i think that 1984 is a masterpiece upon dictatorship.Orwell is warning technologically-developing countries about it.
The book can be considered both as a handbook and blackbook of dictatorship according to one's aim.Its a blackbook of dictatorship in my opinion.A dictatorship could not have been told better than Orwell did in 1984.
