This is what Patrick Henry really said late one night when he ran out of Zig Zag rolling papers,and was using his pipe to blow Bubbles who giggled the hole time. Many of our "foundling fathers" here in the U.S.A., Washington,Jefferson,Franklin, et al, DID grow hemp and probably occasionally smoked a pipeful of this bud which was not as potent as the primo bud grown by contemporary closet botanists. That's progress! But I digress! Back to Bubbles who easily achieved the big "O" (which is Not to be confused with old time All-American & pro basketball star Oscar Robertson) whenever someone yodeled in her canyon of love, & she enjoyed an occasional toke which made her more amenable to one's blandishments, if one was a cunning linguist. The above lines were quoted from a speech to the graduating class of Sam Huston Institues of Technology by a representative of NORML. It elicited a rousing cheer, a "locomotive" I think, that was censored by the faculty..
